Stephen Rice, founder and President, worked in the corporate environment for 20 years prior to starting Performax. Virtually all of the applications provided are based on real work life experiences with very little text book theory. These time tested programs have been presented to over 200 companies in virtually every type of organization.
Our focus these days is the small business looking to grow and find needed promising business opportunities. We specialize in finding new ways to establish a foundation in order to preserve the future integrity of the company.
There is also a significant emphasis on succession planning and allowing the next generation to maintain the fine traditions previously established. Generations present their own set of new challenges and Performax knows how to address each one.
